The City of Balch Springs and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) are hosting an online public engagement opportunity for all residents, visitors, and those employed in the City of Balch Springs to provide feedback on the Hickory Tree Road Planning Study. The plan will provide recommendations for relieving roadway congestion and increasing bicycle/walking access and safety along the roadway.
Participants will watch a video presentation of the project’s activities and preliminary recommendations, review supporting illustrations, and complete a questionnaire to provide feedback about the content presented. The public engagement opportunity will be available online until late October and is hosted on the NCTCOG website.
